If the ring fails, this is a trigger. You can choose to have a trigger also on ring reconnection. To set this up,
choose ‘All changes’ in the Ring Status Events setting.
See paragraph 4.7 and 5.4 for Output Control and Event Configuration to enable the Fiber Optic events.
