When the output frequency exceeds the frequency set by E1.05 or E1.07, the
digital output "frequency level detection signal 1 or 2 (FDT1 or FDT2)" becomes
active until the output frequency is lower than the value set by (E1.05 - E1.06)
or (E1.07 - E1.08).
