● If the set frequency is in one range and previous output is above this area, the
upper frequency (the skip frequency + skip range/2) is output;
● If the set frequency is in one range and previous output is below this area,
the lower frequency (the skip frequency - skip range/2) is output;
● If the set frequency is in one range and previous output is within this area,
previous output is output.
