"Starting frequency holding time" b1.32 needs to be set as a non-
zero value when the motor needs to be started with certain starting
frequency.
● [b1.30]=1: Braking before start
This mode is suitable for circumstances where the load may encounter for-
ward / reverse rotation when the frequency converter is in stop mode.
"Starting DC braking time" [b1.33]≠0s, DC braking is executed before acceler-
ating to "Starting frequency" [b1.31].
