– In run mode
In the case of power fault or undervoltage, if ‘Digital set fre‐
quency saving’ [b1.01] = 2 or 3, the current running frequen‐
cy will be saved in parameter b1.04.
– In stop mode
If ‘Digital set frequency saving’ [b1.01] = 1 or 3, the current
running frequency will be saved in parameter b1.04.
● 2: Set by analog inputs
Set the frequency by external analog signals using the independent
channels VR1, VR2, VR3 and +I.
1. VR1 for 0...10 V or -10...+10 V
– Unipolar analog signal
Input of negative level signals will be processed as ab‐
solute values without motor direction information.
– Bipolar analog signal
Input of bipolar level signals will be processed as val‐
ues with motor direction information.
2. VR2 / VR3 for 0...10 V
3. +I is for 0...20 mA (with channel input resistance of 165 Ω).

● 3: Set by pulse frequency
Set output frequency by external pulse frequency signals using digital
input X8 (signal range is 9...30 V, maximum pulse frequency of 50 kHz).
Please also set ‘Maximum input pulse frequency’ E0.15. ‘Digital
input X8’ E0.08 is automatically set to 0 (invalid).
● 4: Set by digital inputs UP / DOWN
Set output frequency by digital inputs
– Step 1
Define any 3 digital inputs in parameters E0.01...E0.08
– set one input to 9: Frequency incremental UP command
– set one input to 10: Frequency decrement DOWN command
– set one input to 11: Set frequency to 0
– Step 2
Set ‘Frequency changing rate’ S3.11 for the frequency change rate
of the digital inputs UP / DOWN.
