6.2.2 Notes on Commissioning
1. The frequency converter has no internal contactor, and will be energized
once the power supply is connected. When the <Run> key is pressed
down (or the control through terminals is selected), the frequency con‐
verter will generate output.
2. By factory default, the frequency converter initially displays output fre‐
quency after being energized. You may change it to another parameter
by changing the factory default of parameter b0.08. The factory defaults
are based on standard applications with standard motors.
3. The frequency command of the frequency converter is set to be 0.00 Hz
upon delivery, meaning that the motor will remain static. To start the mo‐
tor, the frequency converter settings must be changed with the ope‐
rating panel.
Ensure the enclosure is in place before the device is powered on.
Wait for 30 minutes after powering off, to allow the DC capacitor
being discharged, and do not remove the upper cover during the
period.
6.2.3 Fv Basic Parameter Fast Setting
Use the operating panel to set the necessary parameters based on the appli‐
cation loads and specifications, to allow the frequency converter to start rap‐
idly. A basic generic parameter fast setting table is given below:
Function code Name Setting range Minimum unit Factory default Attribute
b0.04 Converter input supply voltage 380...480 V 1 380 ◆
b1.09 Acceleration time 1 0.1...3,600.0 s 0.1 10.0 ◇
b1.10 Deceleration time 1 0.1...3,600.0 s 0.1 10.0 ◇
S2.00 Rated motor frequency 8.00...400.00 Hz 0.01 50.00 ◆
S2.01 Rated motor rotation speed 1...24,000 rpm 1 1,440 ◆
S2.02 Rated motor power 0.4...1,000.0 kW 0.1 Depends on model ◆
S2.03 Rated motor voltage 0...900 V 1 Depends on model ◆
S2.04 Rated motor current 0.1...1,000.0 A 0.1 Depends on model ◆
