The SCHWIND CXL-365 vario (cross linking) system is a medical device that emits UV light with
a wavelength of 365 nm. It can be optionally attached to a SCHWIND AMARIS excimer laser and
is used for the treatment of Keratoconus with corneal collagen cross linking or other UV-
crosslinking related applications. Three different illumination levels can be adjusted and the
illumination area can be adjusted by modifying the beam aperture. The correct treatment
distance can be easily adjusted by using the positioning slits of the AMARIS.
