GENERAL
During assembly/installation, use torque values
and service products from exploded views in the
appropriate sections.
Clean threads before applying a threadlocker. Re-
fer to
SELF-LOCKING FASTENER
and
LOCTITE
APPLICATION
at the beginning of this manual for
complete procedure.
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications
must be strictly adhered to.
Locking devices (e.g.: locking tabs, elastic
stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin,
etc.) must be replaced with new ones.
Hoses, cables or locking ties removed during a
procedure must be reinstalled as per factory stan-
dards.

Engine Removal
1. Place vehicle at workstation that will have ac-
cess to a chain block, a hoist or other suitable
lifting equipment.
2. Remove the moving d

3. Remove the rear ventilation box.
