1. Rubber latches
Remove air intake tube from vehicle.

The installation is the reverse of the removal pro-
cedure.
AIR INTAKE SILENCER
Air Intake Silencer Removal
Remove:
– Deck extension, see
BODY subsection for pro-
cedure
– Air intake cover
– Air intake tube.
Remove both screws securing air intake silencer.

Inside air intake silencer, squeeze the top of the
supercharger air inlet hose and move hose out of
air intake silencer.
Air Intake Silencer Installation
Squeeze the top of the supercharger air inlet hose
and move hose in air intake silencer.
Instal
l the air intake silencer into hose groove.

Install all other removed parts.
SUPERCHARGER AIR INLET
HOSE
Supercharger Air Inlet Hose Removal
Remove the AIR INTAKE SILENCER , see proce-
dure in this subsection.
Loosen clamp securing air inlet hose to super-
charger.

Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal pro-
cedure.
