CP 1545-1
The communication processor CP 1545-1 with CloudConnect functionality transfers data
recorded by SIMATIC S7-1500 to MindSphere or a cloud solution that supports the
standardized MQTT protocol, for example, Microsoft Azure or IMB Cloud. Through the
integrated firewall with Stateful Packet Inspection, the CP protects the SIMATIC S7-1500
station against unauthorized access.

The CP 1545-1 enables the integration in an IPv6 infrastructure: Parallel to the connection to
cloud applications, it supports the connection to other automation devices, such as HMI, via
Industrial Ethernet using the SIMATIC S7 protocol.
