The DLC protocol is not included in Windows, but it can be installed and enabled
during installation of the PST.

Windows XP Professional
The DLC protocol is not included in Windows, but it can be installed and enabled
during installation of the PST.

4.9.2 SINEC NMS
Description
The network management system SINEC NMS is a software for central monitoring and
management of industrial networks with up to 12500 nodes. The distributed approach of
SINEC NMS allows a subsequent expansion of the network infrastructures. The network
management system SINEC NMS is subdivided into two levels:
● Control
Monitoring and administering the entire network
● Operation
Monitoring and administering a subnetwork
