xx Ambient Temp Fault
xx = cell that is faulted
F Fixed Cause
This alarm only applies when 4Q air-cooled cells are installed. Thiss alarm
is generated when humidity as detected at the cell exceeds the setpoint of
parameter 2533.
Action
1. Verify that proper cooling is provided for the drive. Inspect and verify
air lters are not clogged.
2. Replace lters if needed.
3. Verify that the ambient temperature in the environment in which the
drive is operated is within the operating conditions of the drive.
4. Verify the load does not exceed the maximum current capability of the
drive.
5. Wait at least 5 minutes and then try to reset the fault. If the fault
doesn't reset and there is no other fault indications, bypass or replace
the cell.
xx AFE Temp Warn
xx = cell that has alarm
A Fixed Cause
This alarm only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This alarm
is generated when the IGBT AFE temperature as detected by one of the
integrated AFE IGBT NTC Thermistors exceeds the setpoint of parameter
2535.
Action
1. Verify that proper cooling is provided for the drive. Inspect and verify
air lters are not clogged.
2. Replace lters if needed.
3. Verify that the ambient temperature in the environment in which the
drive is operated is within the operating conditions of the drive.
4. Verify the load does not exceed the maximum current capability of the
drive.
5. Reduce the load of the drive until the warning is reset.
xx AFE Temp Fault
xx = cell that is faulted
F Fixed Cause
This fault only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This fault is
generated when the AFE IGBT temperature as detected by one of the
integrated AFE IGBT NTC Thermistors exceeds the setpoint of parameter
2536.
Action
If the fault
doesn't reset and there is no other fault indications, bypass or replace
the cell
