xx 2H Temp Warn
xx = cell that is faulted
A Fixed Cause
This alarm only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This alarm
is generated when the temperature of the IGBT H bridge as detected by
one of the integrated IGBT H Bridge NTC Thermistors exceeds the setpoint
of parameter 2537.
Action
1. Verify that proper cooling is provided for the drive. Inspect and verify
air lters are not clogged.
2. Replace lters if needed.
3. Verify that the ambient temperature in the environment in which the
drive is operated is within the operating conditions of the drive.
4. Verify the load does not exceed the maximum current capability of the
drive.
5. Reduce the load of the drive until the warning is reset.
xx 2H Temp Fault
xx = cell that is faulted
F Fixed Cause
This alarm only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This alarm
is generated when the temperature of the IGBT H bridge as detected by
one of the integrated IGBT H Bridge NTC Thermistors exceeds the setpoint
of parameter 2538.
Action
1. Verify that proper cooling is provided for the drive. Inspect and verify
air lters are not clogged.
2. Replace lters if needed.
3. Verify that the ambient temperature in the environment in which the
drive is operated is within the operating conditions of the drive.
4. Verify the load does not exceed the maximum current capability of the
drive.
5. Wait at least 5 minutes and then try to reset the fault. If the fault
doesn't reset and if there are no other faults, bypass or replace the cell.
xx AFE Therm Loss
xx = cell that has alarm
A Fixed Cause
This alarm only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This Alarm
is generated whenever one or more AFE Thermistors feedbacks cannot be
detected by the CCB. This is generally the case when the CCB is malfunc‐
tioning or the NTC wiring is incorrect/damaged.
Action
If there are no other faults, bypass or replace the cell.
xx 2H T1 Thermistor Loss
xx = cell that has alarm
A Fixed Cause
This Alarm only applies when 4Q air cooled cells are installed. This Alarm
is generated whenever one or more H Bridge Thermistor feedback cannot
be detected by the CCB. This is generally the case when the CCB is mal‐
functioning, or connection between CCB and AFE Extension board is not
present, or the NTC wiring is incorrect/damaged.
Action
If there are no other faults, bypass or replace the cell.
