1D-20 Engine Mechanical:
23) Disconnect the engine ground wire coupler (18) and
oil pressure switch coupler (19).
24) Disconnect the GP switch coupler (20) and starter
motor lead wire (21).
25) Support the engine with a proper jack.
26) Remove the right engine mounting No.2 bracket
(22).
27) Remove the frame down tube (23) by removing their
bolts and nuts.
28) Remove the engine mounting brackets, No.1 (24)
and No.2 (L) (25).
29) Remove the engine mounting bolts and nuts.
30) Gradually lower the front side of the engine and
remove the engine.
WARNING
!
Care should be taken not to drop the engine
accidentally when the engine mounting bolts
and nuts are removed.
