5C-15 Clutch:
2) Install the spacers (2) and bearing (3), and apply
engine oil to them.
3) Install the thrust washer (4).
4) Install the clutch sleeve hub (5), washer (6) and
spring washer (7)
NOTE
The conical curve side of spring washer (7)
faces outside.
5) Hold the clutch sleeve hub with the special tools.
Special tool
(A): 09920–53740 (Clutch sleeve hub
holder)
: 09920–31020 (Extension handle)
6) Tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut to the specified
torque.
Tightening torque
Clutch sleeve hub nut (a): 150 N·m (15.0 kgf-m,
108.5 lb-ft)
7) Lock the clutch sleeve hub nut with a center punch.
8) Install the clutch push rod (8) into the countershaft.
