Execution command causes the TA to return a numeric code in the
intermediate response format:
#CEERNET: <code>
which should offer the user of the TA a report for the last mobility
management (MMGMM/EMM) or session management (SM/ESM)
procedure not accepted by the network.

for 2G and 3G networks.
