This command downloads a file from a FTP server.

AT#FTPGETF=<src_filename>,<dest_filename>[,<verbose>[,<overwrite_file>]]
Execution command, issued during a FTP connection, opens a data
connection and starts downloading a file from the FTP server.
The file is saved into module's file system.
