3.21.2. AT#FOTAURC - Sets FOTA Extended URCs
This command allows the end-user to enable/disable the FOTA extended URCs,
resulting in a verbosity FOTA operations. Those settings are generally neither related
nor manageable with other LwM2M agent commands.

power-cycle, TFI or FOTA flashing.

85. #OTAEV: "DOWNLOAD COMPLETED" at the delta package
download end
86. #OTAEV: "DOWNLOAD FAILED" at the delta package
download failure
87. #OTAEV: "INTEGRITY CHECK PASS" in case of valid delta
package
