AT#FTPCWD=[<dirname>]
Execution command, issued during an FTP connection, changes the
working directory on FTP server.
Parameter:

Name of the new working directory.
The command causes an ERROR result code to be returned if no
FTP connection has been opened yet.

Test command returns the OK result code.
