AT+CRSM=<command>[,<fileId>[,<P1>[,<P2>[,<P3>[,<data>]]]]]
Set command transmits to the UICC the specific command and its
required parameters. The command response shows the status words and
response data returned by the UICC in the format:
+CRSM: <sw1>,<sw2>[,<response>]
