5. Remove boot with retaining nut (4).

6. Remove retaining nut (5) from the glow plug switch.
7. Remove glow plug switch from the bottom of the
steering console.
Installation Note
Install the glow plug switch by reversing the order of
removal.

1. Park the mower safely. (See “Park Mower Safely” on
page 1-6.)
2. Disconnect the negative (–) battery cable at the
battery.

3. Remove right cover screws (1).
