SETTING THE TOTAL ABERRATION MAP OVERLAY - CROSS SCALE
When analysis results are initially displayed, Total Aberration Map Overlay - Cross Scale can
be set to ON or OFF. Before shipment, the default setting is "ON."

Cross Scale" of "DISPLAY."
2 Tap the and select "ON" or "OFF."
