Problem Possible Cause Procedure
Violent firing during engine
start
Fuel rail pressure is too high, fuel control
does not operate correctly.
Do a check of the power
supply and wiring.
Cylinders were lubricated too much before
starting. Unwanted quantity of cylinder oil in
the combustion spaces.
Decrease the speed setting
(fuel injection quantity) until
the unwanted oil has burned.
Do not lubricate too much.
Fuel injection quantity (start fuel charge) is
set too high.
Decrease the speed setting
(fuel injection quantity).
The fuel injection quantity (start fuel charge)
is set too high.
Decrease the speed setting
(fuel injection quantity).
The fuel limiter is set too high. Adjust the setting to the
standard value.
