Description:
Configures the call forward mode for the IP phone.
0-Phone
1-Custom
If it is set to 0 (Phone), call forward feature is effective for the IP phone.
If it is set to 1 (Custom), you can configure call forward feature for each or all accounts.

Description:
Triggers always forward feature to on or off for account X.
0-Off
1-On
If it is set to 1 (On), incoming calls to the account X are forwarded to the destination
number (configured by the parameter “account.X.always_fwd.target”) immediately.
Note: It works only if the value of the parameter “features.fwd_mode” is set to 1 (Custom).
