Procedure:
a) Rinse the components under running water for 2 min to initially remove contaminants;
b) Rinse the inside of the lumen with a pressure water gun for 3 minutes (the pressure water gun
is connected to the joints in the parts and then rinsed)
7.3.1.3. Manual wash
Cleaning Agent: RUHOF (ENDOZIME® AW Plus W/APA)
Reagent: OPA Solution
Dilution ratio: 1:270
Temperature: 15-60℃
Procedure:
a) After rinsing, soak the components with enzyme detergent or another detergent for 5 minutes,
and adjust the water temperature according to the appropriate temperature of the detergent
provided by the manufacturer.
b) Rinse the inside of the pipeline after soaking.
7.3.1.4. Rinse
Rinse medium: pure water
Procedure:
a) Rinse with purified water for 2 minutes to remove residual cleaning agent on the surface and
inside
b) Rinse the interior of the lumen with purified water from the pressure water gun for 3 minutes.
7.3.1.5. Dry
Drying equipment is preferred for drying, and the drying temperature is 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃. If there is
no drying equipment, clean compressed air can be used for drying.
