9.11.4. Sidetream gas monitoring module
Nomoline Family sampling line
ISA samples gas from the respiratory circuit through the Nomoline Family sampling line at a rate of
50ml/min, making measurements of CO2 possible for adult, pediatric and infant patients.
Nomoline Family sampling line include LH adult (Code 230001169), HH adult (Code 230001171)
and HH infant (Code 230001172), as shown in Figure 9-4.

The Nomoline Family sampling line should be replaced according to the clinical trial quality
management specifications or when the sampling line is blocked. When inhaling water, secretions,
etc. from the respiratory circuit, resulting in ISA unable to maintain the normal sampling flow rate of
50ml/min, blocking will occur. At this time, the sampling gas connector will flash red and send an
alarm message; please replace nomoline and wait for the sampling pipe connector to switch to
green, which means the ISA gas analyzer is available.
We avoid any impact on the claimed performance by sampling gas leak check.
