The message duration can be configured to a fixed duration (by dragging the slider shown in Figure 119) or
to “Infinite”; when “Infinite” the driver is requested to manually dismiss stop request-related messages.
The messages duration can be configured by dragging the slider on the touch screen, or by pressing “-” and
“+” for respectively decreasing or increasing the interval.
Dragging the slider to zero seconds, implies disabling the stop request messages for driver (reminder icon
will always be shown as specified in paragraph 11.3).
The duration of stop request messages for the driver can also be retrieved from the current data file, simply
by selecting “Auto”.
Changes are immediately applied (so there is no need to press any “Ok” button): simply press “Back” for
confirming settings and exiting menu.
