18 Device I/O error. Unable to print out.
The 4155B/4156B, printer, or plotter may be broken. Contact the
nearest Agilent Technologies sales and service office.
19 Filer error. File name is required.
20 Filer error. File Type is required.
21 System error. Realtime clock has problem.
The 4155B/4156B may be broken. Contact the nearest Agilent
Technologies Sales and Service office.
22 Not 4155/4156 file.
23 File was created by old revision.
24 File may be corrupt.
25 Zero offset meas failed for <unit name>.
Offset value is too large, so Zero offset measurement is aborted.
26 Too big offset for 10 pA Range of <unit name>.
Offset value is too large, so offset cannot be canceled perfectly.
27 System busy. Measuring.
28 System busy. Forcing stress.
29 System error. EEPROM write error.
The 4155B/4156B may be broken. Contact the nearest Agilent
