Description This command enables local proxy neighbor discovery on the interface.
The no form of the command disables local proxy neighbor discovery.
proxy-nd-policy
Syntax proxy-nd-policy policy-name [policy-name...(up to 5 max)]
no proxy-nd-policy
Context config>service>ies>if>ipv6
Description This command applies a proxy neighbor discovery policy for the interface.
Parameters policy-name — Specifies an existing neighbor discovery policy name. Allowed values are any string
up to 32 characters long composed of printable, 7-bit ASCII characters. If the string contains
special characters (#, $, spaces, etc.), the entire string must be enclosed within double quotes.
The specified policy name(s) must already be defined.
neighbor
Syntax neighbor ipv6-address mac-address
no neighbor ipv6-address
Context config>service>ies>if>ipv6
Description This command configures IPv6-to-MAC address mapping on the IES interface.
Default none
Parameters ipv6-address — The IPv6 address of the interface for which to display information.
Values x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x (eight 16-bit pieces)
x:x:x:x:x:x:d.d.d.d
x: [0 — FFFF]H
d: [0 — 255]D
prefix-length [1..128]
mac-address — Specifies the 48-bit MAC address for the IPv6-to-MAC address mapping in the form
aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff or aa-bb-cc-dd-ee-ff where aa, bb, cc, dd, ee and ff are hexadecimal numbers.
Allowed values are any non-broadcast, non-multicast MAC and non-IEEE reserved MAC
addresses.
