Common Configuration Tasks
This section provides a brief overview of the tasks that must be performed to configure both local
and remote mirror services and provides the CLI command syntax. Note that local and remote
mirror source and mirror destination components must be configured under the same service ID
context.
Each local mirrored service (Figure 68) (within the same router) requires the following
configurations:
1. Specify mirror destination (SAP, SDP).
2. Specify mirror source (port, SAP, SDP, IP filter, MAC filter, ingress label).
