9.1.5 Checking and replacing the closer discs on the PreTeC coulter
INTERVAL
Every 100 operating hours
or
Every 3 months
1. Determine the diameter of the closer discs.
2. If the diameter of the closer discs is smaller than
180 mm,
replace the closer discs in pairs.
3. Loosen and remove the bolts

.
4. Replace worn closer discs
1
with new closer
discs.
5. Put on and tighten the bolts.

1. Determine the cutting disc diameter.
2. If the diameter of the cutting discs is less than
320 mm,
replace the worn cutting discs

3. Remove the bolts

4. Replace worn cutting discs with new cutting
discs.
5. Install the bolts.
