Checking and replacing the cutting discs on the PreTeC coulter
INTERVAL
Every 100 operating hours

Every 3 months
1. Determine the cutting disc diameter.
2. If the diameter of the cutting discs is less than
360 mm:
replace the cutting discs.
3. Remove the depth control wheel along with the
bracket

4. Remove the dust caps

NOTE
The central bolts have different threads:
The right central bolt has right-hand thread
The left central bolt has left-hand thread
5. Unscrew and remove the central bolts

6. Remove worn cutting discs
5
.
7. Unscrew and remove the bolts on the bearing
seat
6
.
8. Replace worn cutting discs with new cutting
discs.
