12.3.5 Process Review Report
The Process Review report contains a list of all slides that were designated Process Review for
a selected print set (see Figure 12-8). All slides listed on this report were rejected or not scanned
satisfactorily. When slides are rejected, or the scanning process is not completed, a reason is
given in the Message column (refer to Section 21 for a description of these reasons). In some
cases, the problem may be corrected and the slide rerun. If a slide cannot be successfully rerun,
it must be rescreened by a cytotechnologist. (Note that no ranking information or specimen
adequacy information is available for Process Review slides.)

Suggested Report Options
This report can be sorted by Barcode or Date. If the Process Review report is for previously
unprinted results, it will contain results for all Process Review slides processed since the last
print set was created.
If reprinting results, slide results can be obtained for a specific print set, or for slides selected by
date or slide barcode range.
