Run copy service if it has not
occurred. If this needs to be
restarted for Automatic, contact
BD Technical Support for
assistance.
Has it been more than 10 days since
the slides were processed on the
BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station
and copy service was not run?
Reprocess the slides and create a
print set within 10 days.
Has Service Mode been turned on? BD Service Department will need to
turn off Service Mode.
