Rate Log
Monitor the Slide Rejection Rate on a monthly basis. Access the View Usage Statistics utility
from the Utility Menu. Display the appropriate monthly statistics report. Refer to Section 19.2 for
instructions on using this log.
Write the percentage value displayed for Process Review slides in the log provided. If the value
is greater than ten percent, Contact BD Technical Service and Support for assistance in
evaluating the cause of the increased rejection rate.
