Summary Report by Time Period
The information in this report is organized and sorted into columns as described in the following
table.

Summary Report Archive/Evaluation Count
A report displaying a count of slides archived by evaluation type is also available. The format of
this report is described in the following table.

Name
Definition
ID This column displays a sequential number that is
assigned by the BD FocalPoint™ GS Copy Service. This
number is also referred to as the print set ID.
Barcode This column displays the number from the slide barcode
label.
Date/Time This column displays the date and time that the slide
started processing on the BD FocalPoint™ Slide Profiler.
User This column displays the name of the initial screener of
the slide. This is usually the BD FocalPoint™ Slide
Profiler; however, for slides initially processed on the
BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station, the user's name is
displayed.
Status This column displays the processing action for the slide.
Actions that may display are:
Not Reviewed
Ready for Signout
Awaiting Further Review
Awaiting QC Review
Signed Out
NOTE
The meaning of the term “archive” on the BD FocalPoint™ GS
Review Station is different than the meaning for the BD FocalPoint™
Slide Profiler. On the BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station it means
the slide data has been removed from the database and stored on
external media. (For example, written to a CD.)
