6. Wind the thread 2–3 times around the bobbin in
the direction of the arrow and cut it using the
thread cutter on the engaging lever.
7. Push the engaging lever toward the bobbin.
ð As the bobbin starts to wind, the speed can be
adjusted on the screen.
ð The winding indicator is displayed in the Status
Bar.
ð The winding will stop automatically when the
bobbin is full.
8. To stop before the bobbin is full, simply engage the
lever to the right to pause.
9. Remove the bobbin and cut the thread using the
thread cutter.
Threading the Bobbin Thread
1. Raise the needle.
2. Raise the presser foot.
3. Lock screen and sewing functions.
4. Open the bobbin cover.
5. Press the latch on the right of the bobbin case and
remove the bobbin case.
6. Remove the bobbin from the bobbin case.
7. Insert the new bobbin so that the silver sensor
surface lies inside the bobbin case.
8. Guide the thread through the slot to the left.
