Normal Operation
OK – No Errors – Indicates unit is functioning normally. The display also shows tank temperature and
main system hydraulic pressure (Figure 5-4).

Oil Circulation Active – Press F5 to manually start the Oil Circulate function. The bypass valve in the
carrier will open and allow warm oil from the tank to be pumped through the circuit. This warms the valve
assemblies so the unit will operate properly. Oil Circulate runs for 15 minutes and automatically turns OFF.
To turn OFF oil circulation, press the RESET button on the wireless terminal or F5 on the control console.
The display also indicates oil pressure.
Set Positions for Pocket, Roller, and Mouse Hole
Use the following procedure to set pocket, roller, and mouse hole positions.
Bring the carrier to the position (pocket, roller, or mouse) you want to set. Start with the pocket position;
then roller position; then mouse hole.
1. If this is the first time setting these positions or if the positions have been incorrectly set, you may have
to switch to Carrier Override mode to move the carrier.
2. To switch to Carrier Override mode, simultaneously press the RESET and Motor START buttons on
the wireless terminal or the control console.
3. Once you have the carrier in the correct position, set the pocket position. Use the F1 and F2 keys on
the HMI screen to scroll to the pocket position message (Figure 5-5). Scroll further to set roller and
mouse hole positions.
