About this Document
This User’s Manual is designed to familiarize our customers with the Canrig PC3000 with 26” Deck
Automated Power Catwalk (PC3000-26).
Document Organization
The document consists of two manuals: Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) Manual, and Parts
Manual.
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) Manual
Chapters 1 – 6 of the IOM Manual cover the following topics.
• Chapter 1) Introduction
Information about the layout of this manual and Canrig contact information for ordering parts and
requesting service.
• Chapter 2) Specifications
Product specifications and Certificate of Conformance.
• Chapter 3) General Information
Overview of the equipment.
• Chapter 4) Rig Up and Rig Down
The rig up and rig down procedures to ready for transport.
• Chapter 5) Operations
Operating instructions and commissioning.
• Chapter 6) Maintenance, Service, and Troubleshooting
Equipment maintenance schedules, inspection procedures, and troubleshooting section.
The section “1000-day Inspection and Maps,” page 6-15 is available on the Canrig CD-ROM as a
standalone document that can be easily printed to record findings during the inspection. The
filename of this inspection report printout is:

Parts Manual
Chapter 7 of the Parts Manual covers the following topics.
