3.3.5.15 C/S CABLE ERR. Protection
This protection occurs under the following three conditions: 1.The current sharing cable is
connected on the rear panel when the power supply is being used in standalone mode as
shown in Figure 3-95. 2. The current sharing cable is connected when the power supply is
being used in series mode as shown in Figure 3-96 and Figure 3-97. 3. The current sharing
cable is not connected when the power supply is being used in parallel mode as shown in
Figure 3-96 and Figure 3-97.

(1) If a C/S CABLE ERR. occurs, turn the power supply OFF and
remove the load. Check if the cable connections are correct and turn
the power supply ON again.
(2) This protection supports firmware version 2.00 or above and FPGA
version 1.11 or above. The hardware must be upgraded as well. To
validate the hardware is an upgraded version, check if there is a
HOOP hole on the rear panel as shown in Figure 2-10 (the SLAVE
models A620028 and A620027 are not included)
(3) Contact a local Chroma agent for the hardware upgrade.
