Enters Global Configuration mode.
Step 2 l2vpn

Enters Layer 2 VPN configuration mode.
Step 3 pw-class class-name
Example:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router (config-l2vpn)# pw-class class_cem
Enters pseudowire class submode, allowing you to define a pseudowire class template.
Step 4 encapsulation mpls
Example:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router (config-l2vpn-pwc)# encapsulation mpls
Sets pseudowire encapsulation to MPLS.
Step 5 protocol ldp
Example:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router (config-l2vpn-pwc-encap-mpls)# protocol ldp
Sets pseudowire signaling protocol to LDP.
Step 6 end
Example:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router(config-l2vpn-pwc-encap-mpls)# end
System prompts you to commit changes:
Uncommitted changes found, commit them before exiting(yes/no/cancel)?[cancel]:
• • Entering yes saves configuration changes to the running configuration file, exits the configuration session,
and returns the router to EXEC mode.
• Entering no exits the configuration session and returns the router to EXEC mode without committing the
configuration changes.
• Entering cancel leaves the router in the current configuration session without exiting or committing the
configuration changes.
