RS-232 connection baud rate
Setup code 3412
This procedure sets the speed of information transfer for
equipment connected to either the
RS232
socket or
GP
connector on the transceiver rear panel.
You can select for the baud rate:
• ‘
300

• ‘
600
’
• ‘
1200
’
• ‘
2400
’
• ‘
4800
’
• ‘
9600
’.
For a GPS receiver, the baud rate is usually 4800. For a
computer or an ALE controller, the baud rate is usually 9600.
To set the baud rate for the
RS232
socket and
GP
connector:
