What to do if Dell Network Hardware reports a high-temperature error in the Heater Manager Subsystem?
- DDesiree ConleyAug 15, 2025
If the Dell Network Hardware reports a high-temperature error in the Heater Manager Subsystem, power off the server. Ensure the heater cable assembly for the identified zone is properly attached and not loose. If the problem continues, replace both the heater and sensor cable of that zone. If the issue still persists, replace the board that the heater cable is connected to.
