Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
3. Remove the air shroud
4. Remove the M.2 direct riser
5. Remove the side cover.
Steps
1. Align the riser with the riser slot on the 2U sled.
2. Using both hands, lower the riser 1 until it is seated firmly.
3. Using a Phillips 2 screwdriver, tighten the captive screws to secure the expansion card riser 1 on to the 2U sled.
