When nose unit is not used, is the tool
tip sufciently protruded from the collet?
If the tool tip is not protruded to the position where the collet can
adequately hold the tool, the tool may wobble during engraving, resulting
in an unpleasant sound.
Install the tool again using the correct procedure.
