When using the CD-ROM, specify the folder as shown below. (This is assuming your CD-ROM drive is the D drive.)
D: \Drivers\WINX64 (64-bit versions)

If you're not using the DGSHAPE Software Package CD, go to the DGSHAPE Corporation website (http://
www.dgshape.com/) and download Engraver Driver for the machine you want to remove, and then specify
the folder where the downloaded le has been extracted.
Windows 8.1
* If you uninstall the driver without following the procedure given below, you may not be able to reinstall the driver.
Procedure
A
Turn off the machine and remove the cable connecting the machine to the computer.

Log on to Windows as the computer's administrator.

Open Explorer and open the drive and folder containing Engraver Driver. (*Note)
D
Double-click [SETUP64.EXE] (64-bit version) or [SETUP.EXE] (32-bit version).
If the [User Account Control] window appears, click [Allow].
The setup program for Engraver Driver starts.

Click [Uninstall].
F
Select the machine you want to remove, and then click [Start].
G
If a window prompting you to restart the computer appears, click [Yes].
H
After the computer has restarted, click [Desktop].
I
Right-click the [Start] button, and then click [Control Panel].
J
Click [Devices and Printers].
K
If you can see the icon of the machine to remove, right-click it and click [Remove device].
