Maintenance and adjustment

Check the hydraulic oil level
Disengage the brake
The machine does not move in
any direction
- CAUTION:
Remain seated in the driver’s
seat while the machine is mo-
ving or being towed, otherwise
the parking brake is engaged au-
tomatically (within 20 seconds).
HYDRAULIC
CIRCUIT AND
TRANSMISSION
The shutter under the machine is
closed (machine towing)
Hydrostatic transmission
malfunction
Repair or replace the transmission
Electric circuit malfunction
Repair the circuit
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
There is no oil in the brake oil
tank -brakes
Drain the circuit or top up the tank
Brake pump malfunction
Brake disks worn
Replace the brake disks
Repair or replace
The machine does not brake
BRAKES
ASSEMBLY PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
The wheels are not correctly
aligned
Realign
Wrong steering mode selected
Reposition the lever in a diffe-
rent steering mode
Control distributor malfunction
Repair or replace the distributor
Oil leaking from hydraulic
steering cylinders
Replace the gaskets
The machine does not advance
in a straight line
The wheels are unaligned
STEERING
Unsuitable uid in the circuit
Check the oil comparison table
Fluid is leaking from the circuit
Check for leaks
Insufcient hydraulic oil level
The parking brake is engaged
Open the shutter
