5.3.7.13 Non-Linear Turn

Non-Linear Turn decreases the joystick gain (output/input ratio) for low turning
speeds. This gives the user finer steering control at low turning speed, because more
movement of the joystick is required to generate the same turning output.
Non-Linear Turn does not change the maximum turning speed, so the powerchair will
still be able to turn smoothly, for example on thick carpet.
