The Turning @ Full Speed and Turning Accel @ Full Speed parameters change the
values of their own source parameters linearly dependent on the momentary UCM
Speed Demand value, (see 5.3.1.1), not on the joystick deflection.

40% x 2 = 80%
If Turning @ Full Speed has a low value, increase the value of Turning Accel @ Full
Speed to minimise steering delays.
A possible starting point to prevent powerchairs from snaking:
