HOW TO OBTAIN HELP
The MightyMo/MiniMo is shipped with several instructional resources
that provide information about programming the MightyMo/MiniMo
and using it to communicate. It is recommended that you consult
these supplied resources before you seek outside assistance.
To assure that you get any outside assistance you may need, you
should register your device, as described in this section. If you need
assistance with using the MightyMo/MiniMo, help is available either
through the company website or through DynaVox Technical Support,
both of which are described in this section.

Purchase
Please fill out and return the registration card that was shipped with
your device. This registration card makes it easier for DynaVox to
help you. Without this information, we can’t know who uses our
devices, so we don’t know who should receive newsletters, software
updates or other product information.
Each MightyMo/MiniMo device has a serial number sticker on the
bottom of the unit directly below the support leg. Be sure to write the
serial number on your registration card before you mail it. Also, take
time now to put the serial number in a place (such as the line
provided below) where it will be handy if you must contact DynaVox,
either to check on an order for your product or to talk with someone in
Technical Support.
